True enough, the release of software tools from Microsoft, Sun, and IBM, among others contributed to the poliferation of Web Sevices. By 2002, the growth of Web Services in the commerce sector hastened. Today, more than ever, businesses are starting to recognize and appreciate the usefulness of web services.
