Sky Net Corporation, the parent company of ZeroBrokerFees.com, sued the state in federal court, claiming its First Amendment rights were violated by New Hampshire’s law that required any company. That collected fees and advertised property to seek a broker’s license. An exception is made for newspapers and other media outlets.
